Lee Roadhouse

- Managing Director

Lee has over 23 years experience in the construction industry across a wide range of projects in both Australia & United Kingdom, ranging from industrial and commercial projects of between $1m – $50m to Heavy Industrial / processing plants up to $185m.

During his career, Lee has held various roles as a Tradesman, Quantity Surveyor, Contract Administrator, Project Manager and most recently State Manager, where he was responsible for developing teams and individuals whilst leading the WA State office.

Lee is a strong visionary leader with good interpersonal skills who can communicate with clients and colleagues at all levels, with a strong commitment to building and maintaining Client and Contractor relationships, Lee’s professional and honest approach is consistent in all aspects of the business and every project.

Lee is a qualified Carpenter & Joiner, has foundation and Bachelor of Science (hons) degree’s in Quantity Surveying and is a Registered Builder.

Colin Fuller

- HSEQ Advisor / Site Manager

Colin has over 30 years’ experience in occupational health and safety, with the last 20 being in the construction industry in Australia. Colin has worked on a vast range of projects as lead safety manager and advisor, developing safety plans, policies, procedures, conducting regular auditing of sites and maintaining safety registers.

Along with his primary role Colin has continued to assist as temporary site manager when required, equipped with training including, supervise tilt up work, enter a confined space, gas test atmospheres, work safely at heights, boom lift, fork lift & first aid.

With a strong commitment to safety and building Client and Contractor relationships, Colin’s knowledge and professional approach has shown positive outcomes across all areas.

Mark Thompson

- Site Project Manager

With over 30 years’ experience in commercial and residential construction, Mark has developed excellent organisational and planning skills and his attention to detail guarantees all jobs completed are to the highest standard and client expectations are regularly exceeded.

His previous experience both in Supervisory and Management roles, have ensured the development of a comprehensive knowledge of all relevant legislation, standards and codes and the ability to interpret all building plans, Engineers reports and specifications.

Mark has a strong focus on leading and maintaining a safe work environment which has been a priority in all roles, achieved by conducting regular site meetings and audits, along with the management of key documentation.

Tim Hillier

- Site Manager

With over 40 years’ experience in construction and associated trades, Tim has developed a broad and varied skill set that he uses to compliment his role as a Commercial Site Manager.

Experienced in small works, multi storey apartments, education facilities, railway stations, medical facilities and public artwork, to name a few, Tim has a strong commitment to safety, accountability and detail.

Able to work to precise tolerances, but also able to produce fluid artistic products, Tim draws on studies in architectural drafting, industrial design, and years of working in the industry in various roles from fine furniture making to metal fabrication.

With a commitment to a strong relationship with both clients and trades, Tim relies on his training in Transactional Analysis to provide a balanced, calm and professional atmosphere to his jobs, communicating on individual levels to achieve the best from everyone, whilst not compromising quality, safety or personal ethics.
